Marta Osowska-Buba is a Polish-qualified advocate and a senior associate in the Corporate / M&A Department at CMS.

Marta focuses her practice on corporate, commercial and civil law matters. She has participated in numerous M&A transactions where she advised private equity clients and strategic investors. Her professional experience comprises the preparation of comprehensive due diligence reviews, as well as negotiation of the relevant transaction documentation. Marta has also assisted in large public and defence procurements, offset projects and industrial cooperation programs.

Her recent industry experience includes fin-tech, aerospace, defence, environmental, telecommunication and IT sectors.

Prior to joining CMS, Marta cooperated with White & Case.

A British food producer on the sale of 100% of shares in its subsidiary being producer of frozen fruit and vegetables.
Kino Świat, leading Polish movie distributor and its shareholders on the sale of 70% stake in Kino Świat sp. z o.o. to ITI NEOVISION S.A., a Polish media house from the French Canal+ Group and the operator of the Polish DTH platform nc+.
