Jan Radziuk, an attorney-at-law, is a counsel in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice at CMS Poland. With over 10 years of experience, Jan specialises in advising clients in the energy, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, and heavy industry sectors, as well as data centres and airports.

Jan focuses on the development of large investment projects, providing legal advice throughout the project lifecycle from planning to construction, financing, and operation. He is adept at structuring bankable projects, managing tender processes, drafting and negotiating contracts, and offering day-to-day legal services. His expertise extends to investments in renewable energy sources, including wind farms, PV farms, BESS, and waste-to-energy projects.

Additionally, Jan has significant experience in handling disputes related to infrastructure projects, such as road infrastructure, power units, and metallurgical sector investments. He also conducts training sessions on the functioning of the energy market.
