Jan Radziuk, a Polish-qualified attorney-at-law, is a senior associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Department at CMS Poland.

He specialises in advising clients from the energy, chemicals and metallurgical sectors, particularly on regulatory and contractual issues. He has prepared a number of analyses and opinions on the functioning of the energy market. He also has experience of planning and leading tender procedures for large investment projects, drafting and negotiating contracts and providing day-to-day legal services for such projects. Jan has participated in legal audits and advised many companies from the electricity, gas and liquid fuels sectors. He has advised on investments in renewable energy sources, including waste-to-energy projects. 

He has experience in conducting disputes related to infrastructure projects, including road infrastructure, power units and investments in the metallurgical sector. Jan also runs training sessions on how the energy market functions.
