Joanna Białoskórska is an attorney-at-law and a senior associate in the Corporate / M&A Department at CMS.

 Her professional experience includes participation in M&A transactions, due diligence analyses as well as restructurings of capital groups, including cross-border restructurings. She has also advised clients on corporate issues, including day-to-day legal assistance to both Polish and foreign commercial entities.

Prior to joining CMS, Joanna cooperated with Bird&Bird and with EY Law.

  • R-GOL, a leading distributor of specialized equipment for football enthusiasts, professionals and football clubs in Central and Eastern Europe, and its owners on the sale of the majority stake to Innova Capital.
  • Exadel Inc., a global software engineering company that delivers digital transformation and builds novel IT products for Fortune 500 enterprises, on the acquisition of shares in Codete, a Poland-based IT consulting and software development company.
  • Mutares SE & Co KGaA, a Munich-based private equity holding company, on the Polish aspects of the acquisition of a Danish, Polish Bus, and Serbian business operations of Arriva Group, a provider of passenger transport across Europe and a part of Deutsche Bahn (DB).
  • Alpla Pharmaholding GmbH on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in APON Andrzej Zawadzki sp. z o.o., a Polish producer of medical packaging.
  • Afcon Renewable Energy on the acquisition of a solar project in an advanced initiation phase in Poland with a capacity of about 101 MW.
  • Nofar Energy, an Israeli renewable energy company, on the acquisition of a portfolio of 14 185MW photovoltaic (PV) projects in Poland from Polish firm Paged Real Estate.
  • A developer of photovoltaic farms, GreenOze Holding Limited, on the sale of 100% of shares in a target company holding 49 project companies, each of them operating one photovoltaic farm, to a Danish company from the capital group of Obton A/S, operating photovoltaic projects.
  • Medicover on: the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Bellevue Polska sp. z o.o., which runs Lynx Optique opticians chain in Poland, acquisition of 100% of shares in CDT Medicus Group, acquisition of 100% of the shares in Premium Fitness & Gym sp. z o.o., owner of premium fitness studios in Poland under the brand “Premium Fitness & Gym”, acquisition of the majority stake of shares in Centrum Medyczne MML sp. z o.o., acquisition of 100% of shares in Fitarena sp. z o.o. and Fit Projekt sp. z o.o., and acquisition of UP fitness studios.
  • Leading European pet food manufacturer Partner in Pet Food, a portfolio company of the major private equity house Cinven, on the acquisition of 100% of shares in Mispol S.A., a Polish pet food producer, from NDX Group, a Lithuanian company investing in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • PIB Group Limited, British insurance intermediary group, controlled by Carlyle, one of the largest global private equity funds, on the acquisition of WDB, a leading independent insurance broker in Poland.
