Joanna Białoskórska is an attorney at law and a senior associate in Corporate / M&A Department at CMS.

Her professional experience includes participation in M&A transactions, due diligence analyses as well as restructurings of capital groups, including cross boarder restructurings. She has also advised clients on corporate issues, including day-to-day legal assistance to both Polish and foreign commercial entities.

Prior to joining CMS, Joanna cooperated with Bird&Bird and with EY Law.
