Magdalena Czenko, an attorney-at-law, is a senior associate in the Energy and Infrastructure Practice at CMS Poland. Her areas of expertise include legal advice on investment projects in both the infrastructure and energy sectors. She has experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as managing their execution and handling claims. She also participates in due diligence projects, mainly in the renewable energy sector.
She advises clients in the energy and petrochemical sectors on complex infrastructure projects, primarily based on EPC contracts. She has experience in water supply-sewerage and public transport sectors, handling both infrastructural projects and court proceedings.
Her areas of interest include both the practical application and theoretical aspects of new technologies. She has authored an award-winning MA thesis on civil liability for damage caused by autonomous vehicles. Additionally, she is a member of the Innovation Team in Warsaw.
She is a graduate of two postgraduate programs: the Academy of Energy at the Warsaw School of Economics and the New Technologies Law program at the Institute of Law Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences.
