CMS Portugal advises Atlas Copco Group on the acquisition of LusoAr
CMS Portugal advised Atlas Copco Group on the acquisition of LusoAr, a Portuguese company specialising in the supply of air compressors, air treatment systems, compressed air installations and support services to large and medium-sized industries in the Porto region.
The CMS Portugal team was led by Corporate M&A Partner Tiago Valente de Oliveira, and included Senior Associate Catarina Arriaga Sampaio, and Associates Francisco Verdelho and Rita Guerra Alves. The team also included Sofia Costa Lobo, Managing Associate for Employment Law & Pension Funds.
Back in 2024, CMS Portugal advised the Swedish Group on the acquisition of Arlógica, a compressed air and technical support distributor, from the Pinto Brasil Group, as well as in 2025 on the acquisition of Neadvance Machine Vision, S.A., a Portuguese software company specialising in automation solutions.
