Tiago Valente de Oliveira is a Partner in the Corporate M&A team and is part of the ESG Task Force.
With over 10 years of experience, he focuses mainly in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, and capital markets.
He has been involved in the acquisition and sale of several companies, national and international corporate restructuring operations, venture capital, and structuring of international partnerships. He also provides permanent legal advice in the area of corporate law to several national and international clients, including advice on corporate finance matters.
Tiago is acknowledged as Up & Coming for Private Equity, by Chambers Europe, 2025 and as Next Generation Partner for Commercial, Corporate, and M&A and recommended for Banking & Finance and Capital Markets by Legal 500, 2025. He is also recognized as a Rising Star for M&A by IFLR 1000, 2023. Moreover, he is recognised for Mergers and Acquisitions Law, by Best Lawyers for the past years and he is ranked Excellent for Corporate M&A and Highly Recommended for Private Equity and Venture Capital by Leaders League, 2026. He was also awarded Lawyer of the Year for Corporate M&A, Forty under 40 in 2024, by Iberian Lawyer.
