Tiago Valente de Oliveira has been developing his activity mainly within the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Law, Capital Markets, Banking and Financing.

Tiago has joined CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut in 2012, having carried out his training at the law firm Sérvulo & Associados and working between 2010 and 2012 in the Lisbon office of the law firm Garrigues.
