CMS Portugal advised Finangeste, one of Portugal's leading real estate developers and credit recovery companies, on a €25 million investment in Parque das Nações.
Finangeste, in partnership with an international investor, will renovate two buildings located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon. The project, called Verde Parque, consists of two buildings with different purposes, one of which is currently being licensed for residential use.
The transaction was led by Sara de Almeida Barroso, partner in the Urban Planning practice, with the participation of associate Inês Machado da Silva.
