CMS Portugal advised Finangeste, one of Portugal's leading real estate development and credit recovery companies, on a €60 million investment in Quinta do Contador.
The project, which includes the construction of 345 homes, commercial spaces, offices, and student residences in Tomar, is scheduled to move forward in September.
The transaction was led by Sara de Almeida Barroso, partner in the Urban Planning practice, with the participation of associate Inês Machado da Silva.
