CMS Portugal advises Nayak Aircraft Services on the acquisition of the Portuguese group LAS
CMS Portugal advised Nayak Aircraft Services, backed by Chequers Capital, on the acquisition of LAS Group, a Portuguese group specializing in aircraft maintenance services at national airports.
The CMS Portugal team was led by Corporate M&A Partner Tiago Valente de Oliveira and included André Guimarães, Managing Associate, and Gonçalo Sampaio, Associate. From the Energy & Climate Change team, Partner Bernardo Cunha Ferreira, Senior Associate Duarte Lacerda and Associate Maria Miguel Tomás were also involved. From the Employment Law practice, the team included Managing Associate, Sofia Costa Lobo and Associate Leonor Barata da Cunha. The team also included TMC/IP Senior Associate, Ricardo Pintão and Real Estate Associate, Carlos Henriques Saraiva.
