Tiago Machado Graça, Partner in CMS Portugal's Lusophone Africa Practice Area, participated in the first event organised by the Afrika-Verein Working Group Law in Africa, on 24 June in Berlin, in a debate dedicated to various topics of interest to the African market.
At this CMS-sponsored event, the CMS Portugal partner was part of a panel on ‘Effective Cross-Border Dispute Resolution: International Arbitration 101’, which also included Dr Tom Proestler, Partner at CMS Germany, and aimed to discuss the latest developments in international arbitration, with a special focus on the African continent.
