Context
- The Angolan Government announced a public tender for the concession of the management and exploration of Caio Port Deep Water Terminal, located in the Province of Cabinda.
- The infrastructure has the capacity to handle around 200,000 TEUs per year, as well as approximately 2.1 million tons of cargo.
Tender
- The concession includes the management, exploration and maintenance of Caio Port Deep Water Terminal, ensuring its infrastructure and services.
- The tender is open to both national and foreign entities.
- The concessionaire shall be required to provide a security deposit equivalent to 5% of the fixed rents, corresponding to the economic utility of the Concession Agreement.
- The Concession Agreement shall be entered into for a term of 20 years.
- The award shall be determined by the most economically advantageous proposal.

- Those interested in participating in the Tender may obtain the procedure documents upon payment of a non-refundable fee of KZ 18,000,000.00 (Eighteen Million Kwanzas) or the equivalent in USD.

- Proposals must be submitted by 3:00 PM on 27 July 2026.
