António Magalhães e Menezes is a Partner in the Public Law team and is part of the ESG Task Force.

With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in administrative law, with a special focus on public procurement, energy, construction and environment.

He has experience in general legal and litigation advice to several public and private entities, mainly in the area of public procurement, intervening in numerous large and complex projects in the energy, transport, and infrastructure sectors.

António is acknowledged as Star Associate for Public Law, by Chambers Europe, 2025 and he is recommended for Public Law, by Legal 500, 2025.

Joined CMS Portugal in 2010.
