Catarina Arriaga Sampaio is a Senior Associate in the Corporate M&A team.

With nearly 10 years of experience, her main areas of focus are  Corporate M&A, commercial law, and capital markets.

She advises on domestic and cross-border acquisitions and disposals, the structuring of international partnerships and M&A transactions.

She also provides permanent legal advice on Corporate M&A to several national and international clients, including advice on Corporate Governance issues.

Catarina is recognised for Banking and Finance Law, Capital Markets Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions Law and Corporate Governance and Compliance, as Ones to Watch, by Best Lawyers for the past years.
