Inês Soares de Melo is an Associate in the Real Estate team.
She specializes primarily in Real Estate Law, with a particular focus on the acquisition and sale of real estate assets, including office buildings, residential properties, and tourist developments. She advises international investors, real estate investment entities and their management entities, particularly with regard to the management of single and multi-tenant buildings. In addition, she has experience in Corporate and M&A, having been involved in multiple acquisitions and disposals of companies, mergers, and advisory projects for major national and international clients.
