CMS Portugal advised Atenor on the purchase of a plot of approximately 4,000 sqmlocated in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
This terrain will house a ambitious 8,000 sqm m² mixed-use project, combining offices and commercial space, which will feature more than 15 per cent private outdoor space, an adjacent public garden and stunning views of the River Tagus from the upper floors.
