Joana Brito Paulo has been developing her professional activity mainly in the areas of Foreign Investment, Corporate and Commercial Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring and Commercial Contracts in Portugal and Lusophone Africa, particularly in Angola and Mozambique. 

She has participated in the acquisition and sale of companies, in national and international corporate restructuring operations and in the structuring of international partnerships.

She also has extensive experience in advising on transactions involving Portuguese-speaking countries, in particular the planning and structuring of foreign investments.
