Luís Abreu Coutinho is a Partner in the Real Estate team.

With over 30 years of experience, his main areas of focus are real estate and construction law.

He has led working groups for the execution of major projects in the industrial and commercial areas, concerning the installation of manufacturing units, shopping centers, large commercial surfaces, mass regularization of the legal situation of buildings belonging to large owner companies in Portugal, and registration of administrative easements in favour of large natural gas concessionaires throughout the country.

Luís is individually ranked for Real Estate by Chambers Europe, 2015 and he is recommended for Real Estate and Construction, by Legal 500, 2023. Moreover, he is recognised for Real Estate Law, by Best Lawyers for the past years. Also, he is ranked Highly Recommended for Real Estate by Leaders League, 2026.
