Maria Miguel Tomás is an Associate in the Energy & Climate Change practice and a member of the ESG Task Force.
She focuses her work primarily on Energy and Environmental Law, providing legal advice to clients in the energy sector, particularly in relation to the licensing of solar and wind energy projects.
She also advises on energy-intensive projects, such as data centres, assisting with related licensing and contractual matters.
In addition, she is involved in M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
She also has a significant litigation component to her practice, representing clients in disputes related to the energy sector and environmental matters.
