Rita Gouveia has more than 20 years of experience and develops her activity mainly in the area of litigation and arbitration, concerning domestic and international disputes in the scope of corporate relations, M&A operations, financial and banking transactions, distribution contracts, service agreements, among others.

She is also a lecturer of Civil Procedure and Forensic Practice at the Portuguese Catholic University Law School, where she has also taught, as from 1998, subjects such as General Theory of Civil Law, Rights in Rem, Law of Succession and Law of Obligations.

Joined CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut since 2018.
