CMS Wistrand advises Bonava on the sale of a residential rental project in Upplands-Bro

CMS Wistrand has advised Bonava on the sale of a residential rental project to Slättö in Norrbodahöjden, Upplands-Bro.

The transaction relates to a project comprising more than 500 rental apartments, with an underlying property value of approximately SEK 1.3 billion. The transaction is conditional upon planning permission, and construction is expected to commence in autumn 2026.

CMS Wistrand's mandate included advice on real estate, construction law, regulatory matters and other transaction-related matters throughout the transaction.

The CMS Wistrand team was led by Per Englund. The team also included Lennart Ernstson, Jerker Christensen and Anna Welander.
