A bidder for Tongaat Hulett – assisted with a due diligence in preparation for their bid submission to the business rescue practitioners of Tongaat Hulett Limited.
A South Africa Development Fund – advised and assisting in relation to the provision of funding to a bio-pharmaceutical company in connection with the expansion of the biomedical facility and assisted with the negotiations and drafting of a commercial loan agreement to support the expansion required to execute on a groundbreaking agreement between the bio-pharmaceutical company and an American multinational pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation for the formulation, packaging and storing of various vaccines.
Two South African Banks – assisted in relation with advice in connection with term, trade finance and LC facilities to be made available to a supplier of steel to various industries.
