Federico Raffaelli inizia la sua collaborazione con lo studio nel 1997 e nel 2008 viene nominato partner.

È esperto di diritto tributario nazionale ed internazionale ed assiste primarie società appartenenti a gruppi nazionali ed internazionali che operano nel settore immobiliare, editoriale e dell’energia.

Si occupa prevalentemente di consulenza societaria e tributaria, sia nell’ambito delle Imposte Dirette che Indirette, seguendo operazioni di riorganizzazione societaria, trasferimenti di partecipazioni ed aziende, operazioni di finanziamento e rifinanziamento. Ha inoltre maturato una notevole esperienza nell’assistenza e rappresentanza di società e persone fisiche in sede contenziosa e nelle procedure pre-contenziose.

Svolge anche attività di consulenza nell’ambito della fiscalità internazionale delle persone fisiche, con particolare riferimento alle problematiche afferenti agli obblighi di monitoraggio delle attività estere, all’applicazione delle convenzioni contro le doppie imposizioni ed alla tassazione dei redditi di fonte estera. 

Ha ricoperto e tutt’ora ricopre la carica di Sindaco in importanti società riconducibili a grandi gruppi nazionali e internazionali.

Dal 2014 fa parte della Commissione di Studio “Imposte Dirette – Reddito d'impresa” dell’Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili di Roma.

Partecipa in qualità di docente o relatore a svariati master, corsi di formazione e convegni sia in Italia che all’estero.
