Martina Jentsch advises companies on all aspects of individual and collective labor law. She represents her clients in and out of court in proceedings against employees, works councils and authorities, in particular with respect to social security law matters concerning the Deutsche Rentenversicherung (German statutory pension insurance scheme). She provides comprehensive labor law advice in the context of corporate transactions and restructurings, including drafting of contracts. Furthermore, Martina in particular specializes in employee data protection matters.

She joined CMS in 2005 and has been a counsel since 2013.
