Berlin – IWEF Verwaltungs GmbH ("IWEF") sold its shares in 231 Play GmbH to JCBE GmbH, a German subsidiary of the US-based Jam City Inc. ("Jam City"). The shareholders of IWEF, Dr. Matthias and Thomas Höchsmann will continue to manage the development and operations of the company’s new Berlin studio under the name Jam City Germany GmbH. The terms and conditions of the transactions have not been disclosed by the parties.
