The event marks the launch of equIP Connect — a new, regularly held afterwork series that brings together experts from the ecosystem, business, and law for a compact evening.
We combine concise pitches, practical legal insights, focused panels, and targeted networking so the evening delivers clear, immediately usable takeaways and creates valuable connections.
The programme begins with an introduction and moderation by Florian Mayer. This is followed by Kambis Kohansal Vajargah (Head of Startup Services, WKÖ) with a practice-oriented keynote on market changes, clear do’s and don’ts, and actionable tips for startups at different stages. Afterwards, Berthold Baurek-Karlic (CEO, Venionaire) will explain investor criteria and expectations and highlight transparent strategic decision areas.
After the break, Daniel Grimmer will examine teamwork within startups and the practical significance of syndicate agreements. The evening concludes with a moderated Q&A session discussing concrete cases and questions, followed by targeted networking over drinks and snacks.
