equIP Connect | What Will Shape 2026 - And How to Win
equIP Connect is entering its next round — this time with a sharp focus on the new EU Inc legal form, Startup Data 2025 - and what current developments mean from a European perspective, an M&A Outlook for 2026 as well as and the legal do’s and don’ts for SAFEs and convertible loans.
The second edition features compact impulse inputs followed by an interactive Q&A, offering practical legal and strategic insights.
Lukas Huber, Product & Tech Manager at Speedinvest, who will present “Startup Data 2025: A European Perspective.” Followed by Herwig Springer, Chairman & Co‑Founder of i5invest, will deliver a keynote on “Outlook for 2026: What can we expect and what drives M&A in the coming year?”.
After a short break our legal experts will provide pointed guidance, including Mathias Huber who will highlight how SAFEs and convertible loans can create hidden legal and structural risks, outlining key European do’s and don’ts.
In addition, Florian Mayer and Cornelia Kreuth will offer an accessible overview of the new EU Inc. legal form highlighting its objectives, key features, and potential impact on cross‑border scaling and fundraising for European startups.
