CMS Whistleblower Hotline

Helping you comply with the EU Whistleblower Directive

Since 17 December 2021, EU member states have been obliged to transpose the EU Whistleblower Directive (2019/1937) into national law. This obliges companies with 250 or more employees to set up effective, confidential and secure reporting channels for violations of EU law – and, if applicable, also national law – and to effectively protect whistleblowers from reprisals. From 17 December 2023, this will also apply to companies with 50 or more employees.

We have developed a solution ("CMS Whistleblowing") for our clients who need to set up a whistleblowing system for the first time. The solution covers all necessary aspects from implementation to operation to the processing of incoming reports from a single source. This CMS whistleblowing solution includes the following building blocks:

  • Provision of a digital whistleblower tool
  • Implementation of the whistleblower system
  • Operation of the whistleblower system / activity as an ombudsman's office / initial processing of reports
