CMS advises ABB on strategic investment into Engineering Software Steyr GmbH
CMS Austria has provided comprehensive legal and tax advice to ABB, a global technology leader in electrification and automation, on its strategic investment in Engineering Software Steyr GmbH (ESS), based in Steyr, Austria, a leading provider of precision paint shop simulation software. This collaboration will develop powerful simulation tools that will transform automotive paint shop operations while reducing costs by up to 30 percent. Financial details of the investment remain confidential.
