Rebecca B. Herlitz has been an associate since October 2023, primarily in the area of corporate law/M&A. She previously supported the transaction team of CMS as a legal assistant during her studies and her judicial practice in the jurisdiction of the Vienna Higher Regional Court.
Rebecca B. Herlitz completed her bachelor's and master's degrees in business law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and successfully participated in the M&A Moot Court.
During her studies she acquired extensive experience in various commercial law firms in Vienna and Upper Austria. She also completed numerous internships in the private sector as well as a traineeship at the WKO in Lisbon.
