Construction law expert Maximilian Uidl rises to rank of attorney-at-law at CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz.
Maximilian Uidl is part of the Real Estate & Construction group and specialises in private construction law, architects’ and civil engineers’ law, as well as real estate law. He advises national and international clients on complex construction, infrastructure and real estate projects throughout the entire project lifecycle – from project development and contract drafting to ongoing construction advice and the enforcement of claims and dispute resolution. His main areas of focus include the legal support of large-scale construction and plant engineering projects, as well as variation, claims and warranty management.
In addition to his lecturing and teaching activities, Maximilian Uidl has already established a strong reputation through his professional publications. A distinctive feature of his profile is his technical education in civil engineering (HTL). This places him among a select group of construction lawyers who combine legal expertise with a solid technical understanding – a significant advantage in complex construction and infrastructure projects.
“With Maximilian Uidl, we are strategically expanding our construction law practice and consistently continuing our approach of developing talent from within. His combination of legal specialisation, technical training and project experience provides a decisive added value for our clients,” says Nikolaus Weselik, partner for Real Estate & Construction Law.
