Maximilian Uidl specializes in private construction law, architectural law, civil engineering law, and real estate law. He advises national and international clients on complex construction, infrastructure, and real estate projects - from project development and contract drafting and negotiation through to on-site construction support and project management.

His practice focuses in particular on providing legal support for large-scale construction and plant construction projects, including change order, claim, and warranty management. He has extensive experience in drafting planning, general contractor, and architect and engineer contracts, including the application of international contract standards.

His clients include national and international companies in the real estate and construction industries, investors, medium-sized construction firms, as well as architects, civil engineers, and other planners.

In the event of a dispute, Maximilian Uidl represents his clients before state courts as well as in out-of-court and alternative dispute resolution proceedings (ICC, VIAC, etc.).

After completing a technical college (HTL) degree in civil engineering, Uidl studied law at the University of Vienna and received multiple awards for his outstanding academic performance. During his studies, he held a management position at a real estate developer for several years before joining CMS in 2021.
