Maximilian Uidl is an associate in the Real Estate & Construction Practice Group, specialising in the areas of construction litigation, construction contract and civil engineering law, land registry and land transfer law, as well as in the areas of project development, real estate transactions, property development law, tenancy law and residential property law.
Uidl graduated in law from the University of Vienna and his excellent academic performance saw him accepted into both the High Potential Programme and the Young Law Forum. He is currently writing his doctoral dissertation on construction contracts. During his studies, he worked for several years in a leading position at a real estate developer. He then gained experience at a well-known Burgenland commercial law firm, and in May 2021 he joined CMS as a legal associate. He completed his court practice in the jurisdiction of the Vienna Higher Regional Court, including a stint at the Vienna Public Prosecutor's Office. Maximilian Uidl joined CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz as an associate in February 2022.
