Alexandros Hantasch is an associate in the Corporate/M&A practice group and had worked as a paralegal on the CMS transactions team since 2019. He advises national and international clients on all matters of business and corporate as well as real estate law, in particular in combination with M&A transactions.
Further, he has gained experience with energy sharing concepts as well as renewable energy communities.
Alexandros Hantasch completed study- and work-related stays abroad in Shanghai, Hamburg, and Nicosia.
