Ioanna Ovadias is an attorney-at-law in the Banking and Finance team in CMS Vienna. She advises national and international banks and companies on financing transactions and regulatory issues, including on the implementation of the Regulation on Key Information Documents (KIDs) in the area of derivatives.
In the area of Corporate Law/M&A, Ovadias assists private equity firms and corporations with corporate transactions and corporate and stock exchange law issues. As a member of CMS’s US capital markets team, she also assists international companies with IPOs and takeover bids.
Ovadias joined CMS in 2011. She completed her legal studies at the University of Vienna and NYU School of Law.
