Irene Ng is a Senior Lawyer (Singapore, New York) in the Corporate Law/M&A practice area. Irene Ng Šega heads the Far East Asia Desk. Previous professional experience / education

Before joining CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, she worked as Group Legal Counsel for a listed company in Singapore, where she was responsible for the group's expansion into Europe. She also worked for the Secretariat of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law in Vienna.

Through her academic work as Research Fellow at the Centre for AI and Data Governance of the Singapore Management University and as Fellow of the Stanford-Vienna Transatlantic Technology Law Forum, Irene Ng Šega is well connected in Asia and Europe. She publishes and teaches in the fields of artificial intelligence, legal technology and e-commerce.

Irene Ng Šega has been admitted to the bar in Singapore (since 2015) and New York (since 2017).
