Ismail Elmursajev is an associate in the Banking & Finance team at CMS in Vienna. He specialises in national and international financing transactions, as well as complex regulatory matters. During his academic career, he developed a solid foundation in corporate law, arbitration, litigation and banking and finance law. Before joining CMS, he gained extensive practical experience at several leading commercial law firms.
He earned his law degree from the University of Vienna in 2024, complementing his studies with an international exchange at the UCD Sutherland School of Law.
He is fluent in German, English, and Chechen, and has a solid command of Russian.
