Lucas Dummer has been an associate since January 2024, working primarily in the area of capital markets law. His practice focuses on advising on banking and securities law as well as supporting businesses in corporate law and regulatory issues.
Lucas Dummer completed his degree in commercial law among the top of his class at the Vienna University of Economics and Business in February 2023. In the course of his studies, he spent a semester abroad at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He also gained work experience during his studies, e.g. at the Vienna University of Economics and Business as a research assistant and at a law firm specialising in corporate law. Before joining as an associate, he had supported the capital markets law team at CMS as a legal trainee during his studies and his subsequent court internship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Vienna.
