Lukas Roberts is a lawyer in the fields of intellectual property (IP), Technology, Media and Telecommunications, and Life Sciences & Healthcare. He focuses on both contentious and non-contentious trademark, copyright and unfair competition law as well as technology and telecommunications law. He advises national and international clients in the consumer and luxury goods, food, pharmaceutical, technology and media industries.

Lukas Roberts has particular expertise in the civil and criminal enforcement of intellectual property rights infringements and in unfair competition law, with a focus on the protection of trade and business secrets. He is especially interested in the technical aspects of his areas of expertise. His expertise further includes advice on the market launch of new products, advertising, compliance, particularly in the area of pharmaceutical law, as well as regulatory telecommunications law.

Lukas Roberts has been working at CMS since 2019. During his studies at the Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna, he specialized in computer and law, worked at the supervisory authority for collecting societies during his court internship, and later completed a master's degree in information and media law at the Postgraduate Center of the University of Vienna.
