Walter Gapp is an experienced lawyer and partner at CMS Vienna, specialising in Capital Market Law and financial market regulation. He advises clients on the structuring and implementation of issuance programs, as well as the issuance of bonds and regulatory capital instruments. 

His work also focuses on structuring and advising on securitization transactions. In addition, he assists financial service providers in developing new business models and provides comprehensive advice on regulatory issues.

His clients include Austrian issuers, domestic and international investment banks, commercial banks, insurance companies, securities firms, crypto-asset service providers (CASPs), as well as domestic and foreign funds and buyers and sellers of receivables.
