In Austria, the rules on temporary agency work at times apply even when one might not expect it. The CJEU ruled a few years ago that this Austrian approach is too broad when applied in a transnational context. The Austrian Supreme Court nevertheless sticks to the wide understanding of temporary agency work in a national context.
