In his book  Discrimination against Part-Time Workers in Collective Agreements (Teilzeitdiskriminierung in Kollektivverträgen), Florian Hörmann (CMS Vienna) examines part-time work. Despite part-time work’s importance in the labour market and women's policy, collective agreements still contain provisions that discriminate against part-time workers (e.g. in terms of crediting and advancing previous service periods, allowances and supplements, paid breaks, etc.). This book is the first comprehensive, systematic study of discrimination against part-time workers in (a total of 307) collective agreements.
