Tips for start-up-founders: How do you get rid of awkward shareholders?

Many start-up founders don't know they have already set a company up. The corporate civil-law partnership(GesbR) is the first legal form a start-up has. This form is automatically provided by law as soon as certain steps have been taken. Christoph Schmid, of the law firm CMS in Austria, will explain how external representation works in a GesbR, what duties are involved and how notice can be given to shareholders, or how they can be expelled.
