CMS Belgium advised the Czech rolling stock manufacturer Skoda Group on the acquisition of TheSignallingCompany (TSC) from Lineas and ERTMS Solutions. TSC develops and produces signalling systems and onboard safety software for railway operators in Western Europe, in particular, Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany.
The CMS team advising Skoda Group was led by David Prync (Corporate/M&A) and comprised Ségolène Regout, Candice Kunkera and Jacques Bakulu (Corporate/M&A), Renaud Dupont, Florence Van Damme, Elisa Le Grelle and Antigone Claude (Commercial and Intellectual Property law) and Sophie Berg, Océane De Ridder and Barbara Marissens (Employment law).
