David Prync vervoegde het corporate departement van het CMS-kantoor in Brussel in 2011. Hij is gespecialiseerd in nationale en internationale transacties, bij overnames en fusies van vennootschappen, private equity en venture capital.

David behaalde een licentiaat in de rechten en een bijzondere licentie in Economisch Recht aan de Université Libre de Bruxelles. Hij behaalde tevens een Master in vennootschaps- en commercieel recht aan King’s College, University of London.
