CMS acts on sale of 100 MW Vineli RE photovoltaic project in Bulgaria
CMS acted on the sale of 100 MW Vineli RE photovoltaic project in Bulgaria. CMS represented the Bulgarian sellers Solia Ltd. and Vineli JSCo.
The Photovoltaic power plant "Vineli Re" has the capacity of 100 MWac with a new 33/110 kV step-up substation and is located in the General Toshevo municipality, Dobrich region, Bulgaria. The project is expected to be operational in 2026.
The CMS team was led by the CMS Sofia Managing Partner and Head of the CEE Energy & Climate Change group, Kostadin Sirleshtov, CMS Partner and Head of Renewables, Borislava Piperkova, and CMS Partner and Head of Corporate, Atanas Bangachev. The team included Jenia Dimitrova and Vaska Solakova (Real Estate); and Viktoriya Dimitrova, Stoyana Petrova and Niya Ivanova (Energy & Climate Change).
