CMS advises Geosolar Kamenyak on Kamenyak PV project in Bulgaria

CMS has advised Geosolar Kamenyak on putting into operation the 75-megawatt Kamenyak photovoltaic project and achieving the requisite licensing from the Bulgarian Energy and Water Regulatory Commission.

As reported by CEE Legal Matters, CMS assisted in licensing of the project before the regulator, which was completed in April 2025.

The construction of the first stage of the project, located in Shumen Municipality is completed and it is expected that the second stage will complete by the end of 2025.

The CMS team included Kostadin Sirleshtov, Borislava Piperkova, Elena Yotova-Yordanova and Viktoriya Dimitrova (Energy, Projects & Construction).
