Elena is an Associate in the CMS Sofia’s Energy, Projects and Construction (EPC) team. Prior to joining our EPC practice, she gained substantial experience in the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration, Insurance and Employment (LAIE) department. 

Prior to joining CMS, Elena worked at the legal department of one of the major international real estate developers in Bulgaria, where she assisted in a number of real estate transactions, dealt with development issues, and construction related matters and procedures.
