Virtually all systems using AI will be regulated by the EU AI Act, regardless of whether offered as a product or as part of a product, or used internally in a company's own business operations. Its broad scope will impose far-reaching obligations on providers, deployers and distributors, as well as other operators established inside or outside the EU. In this webinar, we will use practical examples to discuss the key provisions and the steps companies need to take now to prepare for and ensure compliance with the EU AI Act. We will also highlight best practices, overlaps with GDPR compliance and requirements that do not yet need to be prioritized.
