This includes assistance with the original investigations or various review procedures, as well as representation before the European Commission and subsequently before the courts of the European Union. We regularly advise clients on the impact of trade agreements and WTO law on the cross-border movement of goods and the provision of services, drawing on the expertise of our tax and customs law teams.
