Lawyers for border seizure

Our border seizure lawyers help you to combat counterfeit goods and illegal parallel imports. Acting on your behalf, they submit online applications to the customs authorities (Central Unit for Intellectual Property) to stop deliveries of goods that infringe your intellectual property rights.

In many cases, the products are then withdrawn from the market and destroyed. This strategy allows our specialists to enforce your trademark, patent, copyright, utility patent, registered design and plant variety protection rights.

After filing the application, our border seizure lawyers continue to advise you throughout the entire procedure. When the customs authority reports a seizure, our lawyers consult with you to establish whether your rights have been infringed. If this is the case, they request the recipient to grant approval for destruction of the goods (which our lawyers then also organise).

The contact details of our border seizure lawyers are listed below. Please feel free to get in touch at any time. More information on our expertise in border seizure can be found by fol-lowing this link.
