Alexander von Bossel specialises in IP/IT litigation with a focus on representing international and German companies, many of whom DAX-listed, in unfair competition and trade mark law cases. Another core area of expertise is defending his clients‘ terms and conditions in proceedings against consumer watchdogs.
Alexander is widely experienced when it comes to combating misleading advertising, plagiarism and trade mark violations, and he regularly represents his clients in internet-related court cases. His IT sector work mainly focuses on litigation for companies when large IT projects fail and damages are sought from IT providers.
Apart from his litigation expertise, Alexander also has extensive technical know-how, enabling him to grasp the complex issues involved and hence successfully represent his clients at court.
He has been working as a lawyer since 1995 and became a partner in 2001.
